Returns must be unworn in the original packaging with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, or order emails). Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund at the sole discretion of Aihpos Styles. If you don’t have proof of purchase, Aihpos may allow you to exchange the item or receive store credit for the current price at our discretion. Store credit and exchanges will only be done in the name of the original purchaser.
We are only able to accept the return of unworn shoes. In order to protect the sole of the shoes please try shoes on a clean and carpeted surface. We regret that we are unable to accept the return of shoes that have marks on the soles.
Please return your order in the original packaging: including the Aihpos Styles box. If there appears to be a fraud or abuse, we may not accept your return at our sole discretion.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
HOW TO RETURN

You’ll need to be logged into your account in order to access the portal. In the portal, you will be able to setup the return process.
You will receive a copy of your return’s shipping labels via email.
You will be notified by email when your return has been received and processed.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method and can take up to10 business days dependent on your payment provider.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
Return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount and will vary in amount depending on your location.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, on receipt of your return at our warehouse, and can take up to 10 business days dependent on your payment provider.
The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you have been charged duties and taxes these will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.
If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account and/or have concerns about a call you receive from someone claiming to be from Aihpos Styles
regarding your purchase/return, do not provide them with any information, hang up, and contact Customer Service at Contact Us. If Aihpos Styles contacts you about a return we will not disclose order or personal information in advance, ask you to install software, or ask you to give us bank account information to process a return, but we may ask for certain information to confirm your identity.
